Data processed

This website has no forms, accounts, analytics or advertising cookies, and sets no cookies. Personal data is processed only when you contact RB Solutions by telephone or email: your name, organisation, contact details and project information you choose to provide.

Web fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Server logs held by the hosting provider record IP address, date and page requested for security purposes.

Lawful basis and use

Enquiry data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. It is not sold or used for marketing lists.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months. Project records are retained for the period required by contract, professional indemnity insurance and statutory obligations.
